The Individualized Education Program is a written plan for an eligible child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in an IEP Team meeting following the federal special education law. It is the legally binding contract which explains how the student will receive access to the general curriculum as well as which supports and services will be provided for success in all areas of the school.
